Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the general terms and conditions of the company Fliesen- Mosaic special railings Manfred Prem as well as ÖNorm B 2207, ÖNorm B 2233, ÖNorm B 5371
Initial consultation is free of charge and a fee of 150 euros has to be paid for planning work. This amount will be credited when the order is placed
The goods remain our property until full payment. It must be checked upon acceptance. Complaints, complaints about the delivered goods must be claimed immediately upon receipt of the goods.
Goods that are not in stock, special orders or custom-made products cannot be returned! As this is a custom-made product, it may take longer to produce the insertable elements. This is discussed personally with the customer.
Access to the laying or assembly site must be permitted and possible with small trucks.
If this is not the case, any additional transport services that may be required will be invoiced separately
The statutory warranty period of 3 years applies. This period starts from Completion. When handing over the full functionality will be checked by us.

if products should also subsequently show Mengel after 3 years, this can be done under circumstances too Complaints are made and the cause is checked.

8th. Payment is made in three installments with executive activity and in the case of custom-made products, unless it is the Order placement otherwise stated:

50% deposit of the order amount upon conclusion of the contract

30% of the order amount upon delivery of the goods

20% balance upon completion of work.

8th. For deliveries of goods without executive activities:

50% down payment of the order amount

50% upon delivery of goods
